A FREE virtual support group experience.

We’re all dealing with a lot right now... 

Some of us are stressed and overwhelmed.

Some of us are fearful and anxious. 

Some of us are feeling lonely and disconnected.

Many of us are going through all of the above.

In this free, live, virtual support group experience we’re going to come together from all over the world to learn, dance and meditate. We’re going to focus on our minds, our movement and our moods.  

What you can expect:

A 10-minute teaching of powerful skills to manage your minds and emotions so you can feel more grounded and at peace.

10 minutes of free form dancing all together - this is where you're going to dance out all that pent up emotion. 

A 10 minute Guided Mindfulness Meditation to connect with yourself and find that place of calm within.
