CANCELLATION, CREDITS, AND TRANSFERS

• Refunds (90+ days out):
  Cancel 90 days or more before the retreat start date and receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is non-refundable, but may be used as a credit toward any of Julia’s courses, The Shift Society membership, or VIP group programs.
  
  
• Cancellations (within 90 days):
  If you cancel within 90 days of the retreat, there are no cash refunds, however 75% of your total may be used as a credit toward any of Julia’s courses, The Shift Society membership, or VIP group programs. The remaining 25% is non-refundable.
  
  
• Transfers:
  If something comes up and you can’t attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant. You are responsible for arranging the replacement and informing us of the change as soon as possible.
